GREY VENEZIA

Houses In Costa Blanca. This home is located in the north of the province of Alicante in a rugged area surrounded by pine trees and with views over the Mediterranean. Light is an essential component, reflected from the walls and illuminating the rooms. The balance is provided by the horizontal surfaces for which Grey Venezia with an aged texture was chosen for the interiors. A honed finish was chosen for the exterior areas, where the terraces are installed with a raised floor or plots system.

AMBAR, Bateig Azul, Bateig Crema and Travertine.

For this house, large format honed Bateig Blue was used for the ventilated façade with point anchoring. For the interiors, large format polished Ambar marble was chosen for the floors and stairs. This project has an unusual method for crossing the difference in level from +0 to +1 by combining sections of stairs and non-slip ramp within the same architectural element.
